Treasurer: Handles financial activities for the team. (If balancing a checkbook is not your gift, kindly look elsewhere for a PAC position). 

Secretary: Records information from PAC meetings; assists PAC leader, Head Coach, and anyone else who asks. Good at taking notes.

Meet Entries:  Coordinates meet entries and swimmer times. Posts meet information on bulletin board and works with website team member for web updates. Possesses impressive telephone and e-mail skills. 

Spiritwear:  Keeps everyone updated on the latest fashion-forward trends in swimming Spirit Wear, from swim caps to shirts and bags. Takes all the orders, collects money, & cheerfully distributes spirit wear to all who ordered. 

Photographer:  Captures our swimmers, parents and coaches at their best for use on the website, slide show at the banquet, and cd sales..

Website: Maintains website, including updates and enhancements as needed. Position is time involved, requires a sense of humor, good computer skills, and attention to detail. (Hey, is that a gnat on the computer screen?)

Calendar: Updates all swim calendars on website. Knows that September, April, June and November each have 30 days. The rest have 31. Except February.

Banquet & Related Activities:  Plans the annual swimming banquet. Duties include organizing hall rental, dinner food, decorations, programs, ordering trophies, money collection. This job requires at least two people, or just one person prepared to operate on copious amounts of caffeine.

Records:  Updates SC and LC records boards as needed.  Must be able to operate a label maker!

USA Administrator:  Organizes USA Swim registration, receives and distributes all USA Swim Cards.

Official:  Boldly wears navy blue shorts and spiffy white shirt to each and every meet.  Handy with a whistle, surefooted on wet surfaces, and ability to multitask preferred.  Seriously, must maintain credentials on a yearly basis.  This is a great way to support our swimmers and you will be allowed on deck during meets. 

Viewing Area/Bulletin Board:  Decorates bulletin board at the beginning of each season.  Organizes fun and creative for the swimmers.

General Help:  Ability to shift gears quickly and help the team out when needed!  Go General Helpers!!!

Hotel Reservations:  Makes all hotel reservations for coaching staff and families for away meets. Searches high and low for best group rates.

Booster Representative

Flag/Banner:  Proudly displays, cares for, and stores our team flag!

Organize September Parent Meeting:  Organizes Sept. Parent Meeting, including team fees, USA card registration, swimsuit orders, information packets and more. Should be done by two parents.

Advertisement/Publicity:  Advertises our swim team to local schools, including Oak Hills, 3 Rivers and area private schools. Alerts the media about our awesome swimmers on an as-needed basis.
